excellent service good view
I appreciate the excellent service from check-in to check-out. the food here is very good. I got an executive superior sky room with executive lounge benefits. our room offered a good view and was very clean.
i repeatedly called the operator and concierge between 11:15 and 11:30 to collect our luggage, but the phone remained unanswered. i had to struggle down in the lift with four large and four small suitcases at 11:45. this was inconvenient.

I found the pool area quite disappointing. It was often crowded. Securing a sun bed proved challenging. The water temperature was also too cold for a comfortable swim. (I was expecting a warmer pool).

underwhelming stay, unfortunately
dated room small gym
The room felt surprisingly dated. I expected better. the gym was also quite small. it seems like a couple of treadmills were squeezed into a space that barely fits them. the limited space made it a rather stuffy place for a workout. it's a shame. I was really looking forward to it.

fantastic hotel experience!
direct access great view infinity pool
I loved the direct access to the sky train station. It made getting around super easy the room on the 23rd floor had a great view i really enjoyed the infinity pool and bar on the 14th floor especially during happy hour. the staff was super friendly and always ready to assist
the elevators were a little slow, so sometimes i waited a bit longer than i expected

Inconsistent stay. Could be better
slow check-in unreliable service
The check-in process was notably slow. It took an excessive amount of time to complete. also, the room service was unreliable. i called multiple times to request fresh towels, but they arrived much later than promised. this was rather inconvenient after a long day, and honestly, it put a damper on things

The sky train platform connects directly to the hotel's separate entrance. The breakfast offered many exciting choices. Nut and Yaimai provided great service. They were kind and helpful.
