i repeatedly called the operator and concierge between 11:15 and 11:30 to collect our luggage, but the phone remained unanswered. this was inconvenient.

The room felt surprisingly dated. I expected better. the gym was also quite small. it seems like a couple of treadmills were squeezed into a space that barely fits them. the limited space made it a rather stuffy place for a workout. it's a shame. I was really looking forward to it.

I loved the direct access to the sky train station. It made getting around super easy the room on the 23rd floor had a great view i really enjoyed the infinity pool and bar on the 14th floor especially during happy hour. the staff was super friendly and always ready to assist

The check-in process was notably slow. It took an excessive amount of time to complete. also, the room service was unreliable. i called multiple times to request fresh towels, but they arrived much later than promised. this was rather inconvenient after a long day, and honestly, it put a damper on things
